We come through this Channel to teach you of healing. We were a teacher during the time of Yeshua or the one you call Jesus. He was my husband. We taught and healed with many other people. Now we come to you to assist you in healing yourself and if you so choose other human beings.
We encourage groups of people to gather for healings. This is the best way to heal. There is more focused energy. This is how we healed many during our life as an apostle. This is how you make miracles happen. One person at a time, starting with yourself.
We encourage you to connect with your chakras. Make sure they are spinning and an appropriate size. With practice you will be able to check your chakras within minutes and know which ones need your attention. There are many ways of doing this in this day and age, find a way that serves you and practice.
We suggest you to be wise with your eating and drinking habits.
Be clear in your thoughts and actions, while doing healing work. Be love and give love freely. The energy of love can heal all wounds, love is the miracle. It is true, look to history and you will see it.
We understand this is a free will planet. That is what makes your life so exciting, so be present in it. Be present in this life so you do not miss an opportunity to love, to create a miracle.
Be kind and nurture yourself, this is not the day and age of martyrdom. That time is over, forgive and move on with your development. Open your heart, break free of that which binds you!
